FCG #16 Summer Pleasures

Filed under: Form & Genre Challenge — Annie Evett @ 8:31 pm

The challenge this week was to write a Rondeau Poem.

Once again delving into poetry where things for me are not comfortable. I realise the absolute importance of choosing the right words within the right space.

I certainly didn’t know this before – but a Rondeau is a short poem consisting of fifteen lines that have two rhymes throughout – as far as my research told me – something similar to a shakespearean sonnet..

Pop over and read mine – I’m pleased with the result regardless..

Do check out the others as well – oh and vote.. please  before Friday.

Challenge: To write  aRondeau Poem.
